Data Deletion Instructions

In accordance with Meta's Platform Policy and applicable data protection regulations (such as GDPR and Mexico's LFPDPPP), Lilfy provides the following instructions for users who wish to request the deletion of their personal data associated with our Facebook and Instagram integrations.

What Data Do We Store?

When you connect your Facebook or Instagram account to Lilfy through Meta's official API, we may store the following information: your Meta account ID, page access tokens, conversation metadata, and messages processed through our AI agent. This data is used exclusively to operate the service and is not shared with third parties beyond what is strictly necessary (e.g., cloud hosting providers).

How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your data associated with Lilfy's Facebook/Instagram integration, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Facebook account and navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites.
  2. Find 'Lilfy' in the list of connected apps and click 'Remove'.
  3. After removal, your data will be scheduled for deletion. You can also send us an email to confirm your deletion request.

Direct Deletion Request via Email

You can also send a direct deletion request by emailing us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Include the subject 'Data Deletion Request' and your Meta account ID (if available). We will process your request within 30 days.

Deletion Confirmation

Once your deletion request is processed, Lilfy will delete all stored data associated with your account. You will receive a confirmation email at the registered address. Please note that some data may be retained for a limited period as required by applicable law (e.g., tax or legal obligations).
